Alright first things first, questions about how to pronounce my last name? You’re not the only one! I know I know, way too many consonants and not enough vowels. Getting to hear all the different iterations about how to pronounce my last name is one of my favorite things ever. Some of my personal favorites, being “Sa-ZEBRA” and “Zipper-Bra”. But for all intents and purposes let’s get it out in the open! If you want the English pronounciation it’s “Suh-ZER-Buh”. If you want to pronounce it the authentic Polish way, it sounds like “S-CHAIR-Buh” with a nice flip on the “r”. Either one works!

 Now that that’s settled, I’m a good old Midwestern girl from Toledo, OH. Music and performing has been a huge part of my life ever since I was little. My whole family is musical in one way or another and so my home was and always is filled with music and the arts. I mean, my parents met performing in a Polish folk & dance ensemble, so I feel like performing was destined to be in my DNA.

I attended Otterbein University for a BFA in Musical Theatre and as part of my training headed out to NYC for an internship with Tara Rubin Casting in December of 2016. Since then I’ve been traveling the world performing at regional theatres across the USA, as well as sailing the seven seas performing on different cruise lines. Since July 2024, I’ve been the singer for a party band called Bristol Fashion aboard Celebrity Cruise Lines, which has been an amazing way to see the world and keep challenging myself when I’m not performing in musicals, plays, or for tv/film.

When I’m not performing or auditioning, you can find me curled up with a good book, journaling, hiking, taking care of my plant babies, cooking and baking, cross-stitching, watching my latest favorite tv show, practicing yoga, running, snuggling my amazing dog Charlie, or spending time and adventuring with my loved ones.
